Carla Craig-Krochak, Executive/Artistic Director

     Carla has performed as principal dancer with  the Philadelphia Civic Ballet Company, Wilmington Ballet, Ballet South, and Voloshky Ukrainian Dance Ensemble. She has served as Ballet Mistress  of the Wyomissing Institute of Fine Arts and was a former faculty member of Philadelphia Civic Ballet Company, Temple University, Rowan College, Budzynski Studios, Metropolitan Ballet and served as Movement and Dance Instructer at Independence Charter School in center city Philadelphia, as well as many other dance schools in the tri-state area.
 
     Highlights of Carla's career include Guest dancer for actor Richard Kiley's final farewell performance gala of " Man of La Mancha," featured dance teacher for nationally syndicated television program, "Kid's World," featured guest dancer in honor of principal dancer Edward Villella for National Dance Week, performed as principal dancer with  guest artist Gary Flannery, featured dancer in movie "All that Jazz," in Philadelphia Civic Ballet's world premiere, "Reflections of a Time."
 
     She has been a frequent guest teacher of master classes for Dance Masters of America, International Teachers of Dance and has judged and choreographed for such major competions as  the All American Talent Awards, and Miss New Jersey, Miss Maryland and Miss Pennsylvania Beauty pageants.
 
     Carla is currently on the Advisory Board of Dance Theatre of Pennsylvania and co-Artistic Director of Festival Dance International under the aegis of Budzynski studios.
 
     Currently Carla is an Instructional Supervisor at PA Cyber Charter School.

     Jaye is a founding director/choreographer of New Leja Dances the Company, Philly Tap Challenge "On Fire" and has celebrated her 28th year in the performing arts world.  Jaye has danced professionally with the Philadelphia Civic Ballet Company, Power 99 FM, Tap Team II and Co., Philadanco and Dancefusion.  Ms. Allison ministers dance at New Covenant Church in Philadelphia. 
 
     She is a graduate of Philadelphia High School for Creative Performing Arts, University of the Arts, Community College of Philadelphia and received and Arts Management Certificate from University of MA Amherst and received her BFA and MFA from Ashwood University.
 
     She is a recepient of grants from PA Council on the Arts, 5 County Arts and the Leeway Foundation.  She also appeared in movies Beloved, Rocky III and several music videos.
 
     Jaye currently trains students in Modern, Tap, Jazz and Ballet at the Gwendolyn Bye Dance Center, Center in the Park, Motion-N-Dance, Progressive Center for Dance, Archbishop Ryan Color Guard, Haddon Heights High Voltage Color Guard and Miss Sandy's Dance Steps.  Jaye also judges Faces of the Future Competition in King of Prussia.
