The mission of JAPTC mirrors the mission of PCBC - bringing dance to the public, educating students, and providing performance opportunities to all.  Involved since 2005, PCBC became presenters of JAPTC in 2006, and is proud to support project director Jaye Allison’s most noble venture as it will continue to plant seeds of nourishment for the arts in the city of Philadelphia .”
